Alcohol and Drug Clinic

Shannon Lutz holds a credential as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor In Training license. She completes substance use disorder assessments and makes recommendations for services based on diagnostic tools.

Iron County Human Services & Associates is able to provide only individual counseling for substance use and must refer to other counties for other levels of care, such as residential treatment and inpatient treatment. Clients develop a treatment plan in collaboration with the counselor, which then becomes goals to work on during the course of treatment.

To schedule an appointment, please contact Becky Rein at 715-561-3636 ext. 2137 to schedule an intake. An intake must be completed prior to scheduling an appointment with an AODA counselor.

Priorities for treatment will be given to women who are pregnant and people who are injecting drug users.

Iron County Human Services & Associates bills insurance. If a client does not have insurance, Iron County Human Services & Associates has a sliding fee scale and the client may have a financial cost for services.

Court or probation ordered assessments are $140 prior to an appointment being scheduled.
